Intellectual Property of Frameworks
All architectural notations, NLP schema mappings, and linguistic processing frameworks presented on certifyx.click are the exclusive property of CertifyX. We grant users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review these materials for educational and internal evaluation purposes only.
Redistribution, reverse-engineering of proprietary parser logic, or unauthorized commercial synthesis of our methodology is strictly prohibited without a formal licensing agreement. Our work in Montreal represents years of specialized research into intent-drift and conversational integrity.
Limitation of Liability for NLP Recommendations
CertifyX provides expert insights and structural advice. However, Natural Language Processing is inherently probabilistic. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of third-party implementations based on our frameworks. Performance is fundamentally dependent on client-provided raw data and local infrastructure.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
